Let me give you a little bit of my background. During 1998 to 1999, during the Asian Financial Crisis, I wrote many letters on the economy to the Prime Minister. My letters were photocopied and widely circulated. In one of my letters, dated 13th June 1998, I wrote:-

“Basically, the real economy comes from the effort of manufacturing, plantations, farming, trading of goods, transportation ….etc. There are physical goods produced and tangible assets attained. Movement of funds in and out of the stock markets does not produce any goods but can earn money and can affect our currency and there by affect the price of physical goods. The stock market in itself is an intangible economy and not a physical one. Why should one affect the other? What we have is actually, two separate and distinct systems operating under one currency. Major changes in one affect the other. In effect, I believe, most modern nations are undergoing a change where they now have two major economies. A tangible one and an intangible one. If we keep the two separate one should not drastically affect the other.”

From this you would realize that I invented the concept of the Real Economy and the concept has spread all over the world. These letters were the first glimpse the world had of my research work as I had worked in secret because no one would fund my research. These letters include my first public chart prediction of the stock market movement, which I gave to the Prime Minister in a letter dated 24th August 1998.

Now, I think I am under surveillance and being victimized by very powerful people. Looking back at many incidents since the 1998 Asian Financial Crisis, and putting the pieces together, I am very sure there are very powerful people who are trying to erase the existence of my work and they may go all the way to erase me too.

The cigarette bud

My suspicions began with a cigarette bud as earlier as 1999 or 2000. That year or there about, I was waiting at the bus stop at Kota Raya, Kuala Lumpur as I was on my way to a walk-in interview for a job. I had not had any income for a few years and was desperate for any job. I didn’t own a car and hence I either walked or took a bus where ever I needed to go.


On this particular day I was smoking at the bus stop and when I finished smoking I threw the cigarette bud in the drain as I could not see any dustbins or ash trays in the vicinity. A few minutes later, one of a group of Malay girls sitting behind me approached me and asked me for my IC (identity card). She told me that I had thrown the cigarette bud on the pavement. I told her I had not thrown it on the pavement but into the drain. She checked the pavement and could not find any cigarette buds on the pavement. The pavement was clean. No evidence that I had been smoking. She still insisted on issuing me a summons. I then asked her if it was wrong or illegal to throw cigarette buds in the drain. She did not know, so she went back to her group of about seven friends to check if it was against the law to throw cigarette buds in the drain. It turned out that they were DBKL wardens and none of them knew whether it was illegal to do so. But she insisted that even though no one knew whether it was against the law to throw cigarette buds in the drain, she had to issue the summons.


A few months later I received a letter from DBKL to appear before the DBKL court. I went to the court a day earlier to find out what was going on and explain the situation to them. They brought me in to one of the rooms to meet someone. I honestly thought I was meeting with one of the DBKL Malay officers. I explained that if the warden didn’t know the law she should not have summoned me, right? He just did not want to consider the point. As far as he was concerned the issue was whether I was guilty or not guilty. I told him that I had thrown the cigarette bud into the drain and I was not guilty, so he told me to be in court the next day.


The next day when I turned up in court, I had the shock of my life. That officer I had met the previous day was the DBKL magistrate. He told me from his bench that if I pleaded guilty he would reduce the fine to (I forget now) about RM200 (USD$67) and if I pleaded not guilty my fine would be RM500 (USD$167). When you are broke what would you do? So I pleaded guilty even though I thought that the DBKL magistrate and the wardens were in the wrong. When you are broke how to you get justice against a multibillion dollar city council? This is not justice, nor mercy nor compassion.


After judgment I had to pay the fine and when I tried to leave the court the security guard would not allow me to leave the court without payment. Oh God, here I was broke with only the bus fare to go home to borrow more money and I was not allowed to do that. I asked them permission to use the public phone outside the court and I used the bus fare to make the call.


While I was waiting outside the court for my parents to come with the money, the magistrate looked out of the window and asked me when I was going to make payment. He told me that if I did not make payment he would jail me for two days. It looked like the magistrate was going to jail me for being broke.


I got mad and scolded the magistrate. I am very sure the magistrate knew who I was because he backed down and gave until the end of the day to make the payment.


Why did I bring this incident up? Well, later on I found out that this magistrate was very well connected to the higher ups in government. Secondly, take a closer look at the ‘so called justice’ being meted out. The wardens did not know the law but they could issues summons and the magistrate only wanted to focus on the ‘guilty or not guilty’ and not whether it was a valid and legal summons. This is the danger of Hudud law if Hudud law is implemented in Malaysia. I suspect all entertainment outlets, pubs, clubs, dance studio will be closed. Music and Video piracy will reach new heights. They will come with their religious police to raid non-Muslims and non-Muslim organisations. This is already happening in Malaysia. They will not consider whether the law is applicable to you and me and they will only want to know if you are guilty or not guilty. We will not be treated fairly and will be judged by an alien justice system which we have no allegiance too nor many of us believe is correct or fair. 

If Hudud comes in, they will judge the non-Muslim by Hudud laws. This will be very unfair to us non-Muslims. It is already creeping in into the current legal system. Furthermore I am very sure about 80% of Malaysians will be walking around with an arm or a leg missing. Women beware; rape will be on the rise. … Sorry, that does not say much about us Malaysians or put us in a good light, right? Better to tell the truth about ourselves than pretending we are something we are not, at least then, we would have a chance to change and improve ourselves.


Do take note it is not the religion but our way of thinking that is in error. I have seen this form of extremism in other religions and even with political ideologies, all over the world. You belong to their way of thinking or you are wrong. They have made an idol of their religion or politics and worship their religion or political theory. This is a sin in the eyes of the Lord God. When you worship an idol, the Lord God’s curse is on you unto the third or fourth generation. Please refer to the Ten Commandments (see my other website for more informtion). As descendants or the children of Abraham we have to follow the Ten Commandments. This is the main reason Malaysia has to be secular otherwise we will idol worship our religions. We have to turn back to the Lord God and worship Him again and not our religion.

Come to our Lord Jesus Christ; call upon him to save you, all you who have sinned with idol worship, after all Our Lord Jesus Christ was of virgin birth. If I use Hindu terminology Our Lord Jesus Christ is the only known Avatar born outside Mother India.

In the Old Testament – the five Books of the Torah, The Lord God has given us, the descendants or children of Abraham, very clearly His requirements:-

In Exodus 23:1
“Do not spread false reports. Do not help a guilty person by being a malicious witness."

In Exodus 23:2
“Do not follow the crowd in doing wrong. When you give testimony in a lawsuit, do not pervert justice by siding with the crowd,"

In Exodus 23:6
“Do not deny justice to your poor people in their lawsuits."

In Leviticus 19:15
“‘Do not pervert justice; do not show partiality to the poor or favoritism to the great, but judge your neighbor fairly."

In Deuteronomy 16:19
Do not pervert justice or show partiality. Do not accept a bribe, for a bribe blinds the eyes of the wise and twists the words of the innocent."

In Deuteronomy 16:20
“Follow justice and justice alone, so that you may live and possess the land the LORD your God is giving you.”

In Deuteronomy 24:17
"Do not deprive the foreigner or the fatherless of justice, or take the cloak of the widow as a pledge."

In Deuteronomy 27:19
“Cursed is anyone who withholds justice from the foreigner, the fatherless or the widow.” Then all the people shall say, “Amen!”

In Isaiah 1:17
"Learn to do right; seek justice. Defend the oppressed. Take up the cause of the fatherless; plead the case of the widow."

In Isaiah 5:22-24
Woe to those who are heroes at drinking wine and champions at mixing drinks, who acquit the guilty for a bribe, but deny justice to the innocent. Therefore, as tongues of fire lick up straw and as dry grass sinks down in the flames, so their roots will decay and their flowers blow away like dust; for they have rejected the law of the Lord Almighty and spurned the word of the Holy One of Israel.

There are many more commandments from the Lord God on justice.

I tell you these very powerful and well-connected people are gunning for me.

Patent Difficulties

In 1999 or 2000 I had applied for a patent, at the Malaysian Patent Office. It took them 7 years to write back to me to request that I change the units of measure from imperial to metric units.

Initially, I thought that the “pen is heavier than the sword” knowing that bureaucracy can be painfully slow.  Looking back, I think that powerful people were at work trying to block any patent applications of mine. How do I get investments if I cannot apply for patents? How do I sell my technology to earn income if I cannot apply for patents?

In fact I think that the patent office staff were trying to discretely inform me of this as they sent me about 20 other patent applications by others. That is, they were informing that they are forced to circulate the patent application to other people.

Such things do happen in Malaysia. I have heard of many rumors of loan or venture capital application being turned down by bankers as not viable but those project papers were then sent to the banker’s friends for them to get the capital to begin similar projects.

Now I know that I cannot apply for patents in Malaysia. If you, as an inventor, need to patent something, please patent it in a foreign country first, and then patent it in Malaysia. By doing this, no one in Malaysia can copy or pirate your patent by claiming they invented it first.

Fraud in the Banking System

In 2003 or 2004 I was sent a lawyers notice to make payment for an employer who applied for a car loan. I, as an employee, was the guarantor for the car loan. Actually, I never heard from the bank about the car being repossessed. My employer had applied for the loan in 1998. The lawyers even asked me to pay them for their ‘debt collection paper’ work. I had informed them as I was not their client and as they were the bank’s panel lawyer I could not make any payment to them.

I wrote to Bank Negara (Malaysia’s Central Bank) several times requesting that they provide me copies of the loan documents because the bank had not given me copies. Bank Negara is the repository for all loan documents in Malaysia. Bank Negara staff were simply not interested and insisted I was at fault. In fact they told me that they had lost my file due to an organization change in Bank Negara. I wonder if an organization change in Bank Negara means that their warehouse was rearranged?

I suspect that the Bank Negara staff were trying to cover up something in the banking system in Malaysia and I was to be their fall guy.

This bank dragged me into court for 4 years. Every 3 months I appeared before the magistrate to state my innocence and that I had not found a lawyer who could fight the case. When I did find a lawyer to represent me, my lawyer could not file a defense. No one would provide documents to prove that I was guilty or innocent.

To add insult to injury they dropped the charges against me when my lawyer tried to file a defense. You know what they did? They submitted my name to the CTOS blacklist and then dropped the charges against me. How can they blacklist my name if there was a court case pending? How can they blacklist my name if they were going to drop the charges against me? Why did they drop the charges against me when they had dragged me into court for 4 years?

The bankers knew what they were doing and that they were in the wrong and they would never win the case and yet they took me to court. I think that they were using the legal system to blackmail me into making payment for a car they had repossessed and auctioned off without my permission. They could not even prove they had auctioned off the car.

You would not believe the amount of problems I have seen in the banking system in Malaysia. I have even found errors in their software.

I began to investigate and put two and two together when my mom went to a bank, last year, to open an account in my name. She is 78 years old and wanted me to keep her funeral expenses in a separate account. Imagine the shock she had when she found that my name was black listed by Bank Negara. She was so very frustrated when she found out that she said “Donkeys are running this country”.

Bank Negara has stopped me from opening a bank account anywhere in Malaysia. Imagine that if I cannot open account how am I going to get a job? Many employers need you to open an account with their bank. Worst still as I am a Real Estate Agent, many banks approach me to promote their housing loans for them … on condition I open an account with their bank. So how do I promote loans or earn income?

Why am I being blacklisted by Bank Negara? Am I being blacklisted by Bank Negara because I am poor? Why don’t they write to people requesting them to verify the facts and give them a chance to defend themselves before blacklisting? I do not know why I am being blacklisted. Is it because I served my country when they were in dire straits?

Computer Stolen

In December last year (2011) my computer was stolen from my mom’s house. They took everything, my backup CD’s, my external drive, my computer bag and computer. I lost about 6 months to 1 year of research work as a result. I lost thousands of photographs. They even took my mom’s medical records. I have lost some work permanently and that is why I was not able to write about Gold and Silver price movement for the last 7 months.


When I called 999, the police patrol unit came very quickly and were very professional. Then after making the police report the second team, the finger print team came to my mom’s house. (Notice I did not use the term CSI). Before these finger print police could enter my mom’s house they told me that the thieves wore gloves. How did they know? When they entered the house they would not check for finger prints.


Every Malaysian and foreign worker has their thumb prints recorded and stored. The thumb prints are also stored in our IC’s (Identity Cards) electronically. When you have a thumb print it is a matter of minutes to identify and locate the offenders. When the police refuse to check for finger prints, you can guess that they do not want to identify the criminals.

I told my friends about the theft of my computer and they think that somebody very powerful and well-connected had arranged the theft of my computer. From the timing of the theft, 2:00pm in the afternoon, I know that the robbers had been planning the theft and watching the house for some weeks.

Difficulties in developing the Alternative Economics Theory

I had many difficulties over the last 18 years trying to develop single handedly my theories on Alternative Economics. I could not find any funding as I was considered a Non-Bumiputera, a non-Muslim so many organization (even American VC joint ventures with Malaysian authorities) turned me down at the entrance. I had to work temporary jobs as a waiter, clerk, factory worker to earn a few weeks here and a few weeks there to cover some of my costs some of my daily expenses. I could not work as a programmer or engineer as any work I did on my own, outside of the company, during a period of employment in a company, could be claimed as belonging to the company.  So most of the time while I was developing this theory I was broke. In fact during the 1998 Asian Financial Crisis I used to borrow money for bus fare to go to the News Straits Times office in Bangsar to submit my letters to the Prime Minister as I really did not want to see Malaysia destroyed during that crisis. I found out later that my letters to the Prime Minister were widely photocopied and circulated when I met a shopkeeper who quoted one of my letters.


Now I am very sure that some very powerful people in Malaysia are trying to destroy me and I think it is so that they can plagiarize and pirate my work. If they really want to control this technology why don’t they pay me RM400M as development fee and another RM300M as hardship fee and I will give them a big share in my company for which they can put in more funds to run the company. It is not a lot of money, and as these guys are very powerful they can get the law ‘changed’ so that every fund manager in Malaysia must purchase my technology and they can charge them RM20M each and I am sure they will make a huge profit in Malaysia alone. There are many more countries that need this technology. 


Worse still, I am beginning to suspect my emails are being monitored and I suspect that any major deals, Real Estate or otherwise, mentioned in the emails is ‘blocked’ so it looks like they are trying to squeeze me every which way they can.


I am blacklisted by Bank Negara, my passport cannot be renewed – not allowed to leave the country and I am not allowed to apply for patents and my emails are monitored. It looks like I am under some kind of ‘unofficial’ house arrest.

I pray for the Lord God’s judgment on them.
